Metalcore Act ROBOBUN Release Debut Single [Iran]

Iranian electronic metalcore vocalist ROBOBUN makes her debut with the double-single “Red Dream”, along with the music video of the title-track premiering on BVTV music. The double-single features the song “Won’t be There” and the title-track “Red Dream”.

Robobun explores a profound journey marked by betrayal and loss. Frustration and loneliness permeate her world as friends and familiar faces turn away. Trust becomes a rarity, and aggression is a response to a crumbling reality. Amidst this chaos, the artist clings to a single constant—the dream that endures the turmoil. “Red Dream” narrates the story of a resilient girl steadfast in her pursuit, navigating the path independently. Despite societal restrictions on female vocalists in her home country of Iran, Robobun persists, utilizing scars and pain as stepping stones toward strength.

“Won’t be There” sets the stage with a melancholic mood filled with feelings of loss and desperation for listeners and gives them an initial context to see a better picture of the double-single. “Red Dream” takes the melancholic energy of “Won’t Me There” and turns it into an upbeat electronic metalcore song.

“Red Dream” embodies the power of determination, transcending obstacles to seize rightful desires.
