So Stoked. Old School Death Metal Alive and Well in Thailand – Savage Deity Drop New Album

Man…old school death metal that harks back to the early 90’s is always such a fucking joy to listen to. Check out Thai death metal band Savage Deity on their third full-length ‘Decade of Savagery’ out now on awesome Thailand-based label Inhuman Assault Productions, who earlier this year released the also fucking awesome Oldskull full-length.

Savage Deity was formed in 2010 and incorporated their love for the early 90’s Florida-death metal acts that took over the world. The same dark atmosphere, speed guitar, shredding riffs, solos, guttural vocals, blast beats all reminiscent of bands like Morbid Angel, Deicide, Malevolent Creation, etc. The band’s lyrics are all anti-religion and include other themes of barbarism.

The record is out now on CD, cassette and vinyl formats.
