The Best Part About ‘Post Hardcore’ Is How Unexpected The Music Can Be – FILLER Release EP

Whenever we listen to music that has been labeled correctly as ‘post hardcore’, it’s the unexpectedness of the music that we love. The music always takes twists and turns that as a listener you aren’t prepared for…the unpredictable nature of the music is so goddamn refreshing.

Indonesian post-hardcore band Filler more than fulfills the criteria of being labeled ‘post hardcore’, especially on this music collection that is their brand new EP ‘Unconvcluded Cnvergences’. The band states, “The lyrical content is about hope. This EP attempted to be a catalyst for all the reflections presented in our previous material. With an emphasis on the gesture of acceptance that these incidents are part of a process whose ends, one day, will be known together. With hope, for now, we can accept that we ourselves do not know anything and can use ignorance as a tool to reconcile with each other.”
