Yo…check out newly formed metallic hardcore band CULL outta Philippines on this killer debut single ‘Torchbearer’. The band who is heavily influenced by bands like Knocked Loose, Fromjoy and The Acacia Strain are clearly using their music to address some of society’s many ills.

Like on this debut track they state, “Our lyrics tackle mostly the effects of humanity’s footprints on the planet. Action and reaction that bring the world to such hostile conditions, dangerous even for man and its own kind. There is a fight in the human spirit but Cull likes to imagine what would happen should the spirit lose, and pulls the listener from out of that dark point with faint glimmers of light at the end of the tunnel.”
