Newly Formed Deathcore Act MIND ROT Drop Debut EP Feat. Variety of Vocalists [Hong Kong]

Members of renown Hong Kong-based metal/deathcore bands, Protoss, Parallel Horizon, and Facelift Deformation, have come together under a new moniker – Mind Rot. “The goal of this project was not only to be as heavy and brutal as possible, but to also capture and express our deepest darkest thoughts and emotions, such as anger, despair, and more,” states one of the masterminds behind the project, Parallel Horizon’s Aaron. “This band started for me and one of the vocalists as a creative outlet for making deathcore music, and as we worked on the EP we made a few collaborations with other musicians along the way. We drew inspiration mostly from old school deathcore and modern brutal slamming death metal, trying to combine the two styles.”
