Here’s a pretty cool article about 3 heavy bands from Singapore. Somehow the author of the article labeled the bands as hardcore and so I was anticipating a story about Singaporean hardcore bands like Overthrown, Straight Forward, etc…but instead the article goes on to use the word “deathcore” when talking about the 3 particular bands they featured.
I thought this was just a Hong Kong thing where anything heavy with screamy vocals is considered “hardcore” even with fucking shit like Emmure. Hahahahaha…
Anyway…still a cool article that for non-music people could possibly open some eyes and maybe be able to appreciate this type of music even if they still won’t actually enjoy it.
We will ALWAYS stop whatever we’re doing to support artists who want to continue...
