Beijing punk rock band Hell City who released their Chaos Has Never Stopped EP earlier this year have just released a music video for the song Chaos P.R.C. (which stands People’s Republic of China). Check out the video below but for real, this song would appeal to any metalhead, hardcore kid or punk rocker – the riffs, speed and the fuck you attitude are gloriously displayed in this song and video.
