Check Out Awesome New Album by Post Metal Act trails. [Malaysia]

trails. is a post-metal band from Malaysia formed in 2017. The band states that they’re, “proudly independent and unsigned. Born out of a burning desire to promote a more progressive and ambient sound to the country’s burgeoning underground metal scene”. The band released their debut track ‘Discomposure’ in 2018 and followed it up with their debut EP ‘Towards Better Things’.

Today the band has released their debut album ‘All Will Be Well’ both digitally and physically through Lambat Leboh Records and Bebal Mailorder.

According to the band, “‘All Will Be Well’ offers 8 Post-Metal-laden tracks revolving around family and relationships. Already dealing with heavy topics such as depression on the debut single ‘Discomposure’ back in 2018, the album delves further into topics that are close to their hearts and view it from a different light. ‘Eclipse’ is the second track from the album that talks about family abandonment and the feeling of distance between parents-child relationships. ‘All Will Be Well’ is a cathartic output inspired from real-life experience and materialized in form of their chaotic and uplifting execution. Or as they put it, “a glint of hope in between the raging chaos”.
