Boplay Photos – our boy outta Singapore – has been hitting up shows for years, setting up a video camera to do his part to document the insane bands from Southeast Asia.

He just got back South Fest 2019 (aka Betrayed Fest because it’s run by the amazing peeps behind Betrayed Records who’ve been on FIRE recently!) in Malaysia and caught SICK footage from all 14 bands that took part – bands from Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and one all the way from South Korea. Check out ALL the videos below and go get to know your Asian scene!

We don’t give a fuck if you’re from Southeast Asia or India or China or Taiwan or Korea or Japan or Nepal or Pakistan…if you care about hardcore at all you SHOULD be trying to find out about bands from this region. The band shouldn’t be anonymous to you or unknown, these bands should be huge everywhere. They’re THAT good.
