Punk Rock Trio No Good Keep It Fresh On New Reggae-Infused Single [Malaysia]

After last year’s stunning debut EP ‘Kawe’, Malaysian punk rock trio No Good have always been on our radar! They’re just such a good band that has a strong understanding that punk rock should be progressive not just in ideas but musically as well. The band has just released a brand new single entitled ‘Kayaba’ that has full-on reggae vibes. For us hardcore kids, a contemporary band that No Good could be compared to is Turnstile. Not in musical style (No Good is WAY more fuzzed-out and post-punk whereas Turnstile certainly doesn’t hide their NYHC-influenced roots), but both bands seem to operate under the IDEA that music should keep moving forward, should be progressive, always thinkings outside of the box…AMEEN.

Go check out No Good on their new single below and then further below is their EP released last year. We’ve also thrown in a whole bunch of live videos that you should check out because punk rock is always most powerful in a live setting.
