Pop Punk Band Acrobat Shonen Release Music Video About Washing Hands [Japan]

In early August of 2021, ACROBAT SHONEN debuted the music video for their recent hit single “Wash Your Hands”. This song is a light-hearted response to the overwhelming stress of living in the current Age of Coronavirus. Arisamon’s masterfully woven Japanese lyrics comically reflect the feelings of Japanese people regarding the ongoing pandemic, and the government’s laughable advice to a panicked nation when they said: “The best defense against coronavirus is to wash your hands.”

ACROBAT SHONEN delivers a power-packed pop-punk punch of upbeat melodies, quick-witted lyrics, and electrifying live performances. In 2007, singer/guitarist Arisamon formed ACROBAT SHONEN in the city of Nagoya, Japan. After a few member changes, she was joined by Osaka native, Ohashi (Chopsticks), on bass guitar. Then, in late 2019, they were joined by seasoned American punker, Tom (The Goat Thief), on drums.
