Brunei Melodic Hardcore band Surviving Monday has just released a new track called I’ve Grown in conjunction with World Mental Health Day.

“The song is an anthem for those who have been struggling with mental health and anxiety. It is a message from us to the world to help spread awareness that mental health is a real sickness. I’ve Grown is written based on real life events experience by vocalist Bryant Leong, and he hopes this song can help anyone who is in this struggle.”
