Malaysian Emotive Punk Act SOCIAL CIRCUIT Announce Japan Tourdates

Malaysian emotive punk band SOCIAL CIRCUIT are taking their brand of emotionally charged tunes to Japan the end of July into the beginning of August (dates below).

Vocalist Dean filled us in.

“The Social Circuit Japan Tour 2023, was a long time coming. Back in 2020, we were just fresh off releasing a split cassette titled “Best Kept Secret” with Beeswax & Tapestry, and a single on the 7” split on World Domination vol1, so we booked ourselves a 2 week tour from South Korea to Japan.

Long story short, this tour are the postponed dates from that our original tour we were going to do back in 2020 (we just returned from South Korea a couple of weeks back). The promoters and venues basically held up their end and rebooked these dates for us so continuing with this tour will mean so much to us. Even though we haven’t had any new releases this year, we are basically playing those earlier released tracks live for the first time. We will also be playing some new unreleased tracks on tour.

Big shoutout to the venues, promoters, Alt+, Derbi and everyone that played a part in making this tour happens. We will cherish it forever.”
