Indonesia and Thailand Based Hardcore Band Lowest Youth Release Debut Track

A new band, Lowest Youth, which consists of members based in Indonesia and Thailand have released their first track titled ‘Stay True’.

Nicco Long from Punk Rock Bangkok and frontman of the band says the idea of the band started when he was in Bandung, Indonesia this August; “I knew Indonesia has a big music scene which I wanted to check out and saw Glue from Texas was heading there so planned a trip around that. I went to Jakarta and Bandung and that’s where I met Abay, our bassist, for the first time. One night after a show he took me out to eat and said let’s start a band. I didn’t think anything of it at the time but just a few weeks later he sent me the track online, so I picked up a pen and started writing what was on my mind. After that I went to record the vocal track for the song and here we are now.”

An EP is in the works which should be released sometime in the first part of 2020.
