Hong Kong Promoters ‘The Underground’ Celebrate 17th Anniversary

Here’s the full write-up:

The Underground is celebrating 17 years of supporting original live music in Hong Kong, and you are invited to join our festivities!”

The night features music from indie-rock to alt-metal to nu-metal.

“Kicking us off we have indie rockers Mr Koo, set to offer up some surfer rock tunes and get the party started properly.

Dynamic alt metallers What They Do take the stage next, with their heavy sound and penchant for storytelling sure to kick things up a notch.

Their sixth show with Underground, our HK scene veterans The Sleeves are ready to continue their tradition of delivering some killer new wave anthems.

Local rock royalty Nowhere Boys will then cast a spell with their enchanting tunes and exceptional musicianship.

Not sure what alt-prog indie rock n’ roll sounds like? Bebe’s Wish (featuring Iris) will step up to the plate and show you how it’s done.

Finally, raise your horns as we welcome our headliners Loud Shaft: the heavy metal kingpins who will bring the house crashing down.”
