House of Ygra and black metal band Vong present: ‘Ất Dậu’, the first single off the band’s upcoming album “A Wander In Liminality”.
This song is the embodiment of Vong’s primordial black metal sound, one that is hair-raising, grim, and malevolent. It further blends perfectly with haunting words of melancholy, heavily influenced by depressive Vietnamese romanticism. “Ất Dậu” is inspired by one of the most harrowing chapters of the land’s gloomy history, it embroiders a tragic tapestry of death and unrequited retribution.
We will ALWAYS stop whatever we’re doing to support artists who want to continue...
