Vietnamese black metal band Elcrost have finally released their brand new split EP with Australian band Vixenta. The full EP is streaming below.

“Elcrost build upon the foundations they set in motion with their previous releases “Benighted & Unrequited” & “Foregone Fables”. The band presents a concoction of aggressive riffing, rich melodicism and shimmering acoustic as we join Elcrost on a journey deep into the dreamy, autumn wood set upon a backdrop of a fabled gothic world.

Vixenta’s side represents a deeper exploration into black metal intertwined with shoegaze as the music weaves through tinges of folk, symphonic, structured electronic & loose progressive influences before concluding with a measured doom metal passage.
