Hong Kong nu-metal band Seesaw has just released a documentary video chronicling life of an underground band here in Hong Kong. They basically touch upon EVERY single area of life in this crowded as hell, pressure cooker of a city of over 7 million people all crammed into a tiny little space fighting to breathe. It’s hard to live a life that you want to when you’re working 10 to 12 hours a day just to stay alive.
Even though the documentary is completely in Cantonese with Chinese subtitles – the documentary (I think) is worth watching just to see what everyday life is like in this city.
