Crossover Thrash Band IRON GAZE Drop New EP ‘Exordium’ [Malaysia]

Malaysian crossover thrash band IRON GAZE are here with a brand new scorcher of an EP entitled ‘Exordium’.

The band states, “This EP is all about the riffs—high-energy riffs. We’ve drawn inspiration from bands like Slayer, Sepultura, Enforced, and Power Trip. During the demo phase, we experimented quite a bit, and for this EP, we decided to push the tempo, making everything faster—the drums, the guitars, everything. Most of the songs reflect our worldview. Even though our country is peaceful, we’re constantly reminded of ongoing genocides. It’s frustrating and angering to witness these atrocities continue for years without resolution. We are not trying to exploit these events (the genocides) but rather to remind ourselves and our listeners the importance of standing up for what is right and opposing what is wrong.
