Happy valentine’s day fools! We have a few things dropping today – first up is progressive metalcore act Project Nine‘s second full-length entitled ‘Make Love’. The band hails from Hong Kong and have kept their identity securely under wraps for since their formation.
The band states, “MAKE LOVE is our second album. The previous album aimed to shed light on the taboo of sexual pleasure and openness, this album explores the often neglected ugly sides of romantic relationships. All the songs were inspired by real stories and news reports in Hong Kong. Those who are single or in unhappy relationships can share the songs to raise awareness and fight back against the endless onslaught of lovey-dovey posts that terrorize millions every year.
The secondary aim of this album is to simply put a smile on a few people’s faces, maybe help them forget their shitty lives for a few minutes. Something that Hong Kong people desperately need right now. As a joke, we have a verse on track 3 for people to freestyle over and come up with their own ending to that story.”
Like many of you, over the past couple of years, we’ve jumped into the podcast game. We started our own for a bit but it took way TOO much...
