PREMIERE: Hardcore Act KING STREET Drop ‘War Scrolls’ MV Off Upcoming Debut Album [UK]

Formed in 2020, London-based hardcore band KING STREET has unleashed a music video for the title track off our upcoming debut album ‘War Scrolls’. Guitarist, Imran, states, “The title track encapsulates the primary themes of the album and to a degree, the band itself. We’ll leave interpretation up to the listener. Honoured to have our brother Pierre from the almighty KNUCKLEDUST guest on the track.”

The music video was edited by our drummer, Laurence, with filming done by Wayne Shah and Johan Shay and was entirely filmed at a bangin’ venue in London called THE BLACK HEART. The entire album was recorded and mixed by Imran at STUDIO SIX (Belgium) and mastered by Pete Grossman at BRICKTOP RECORDING. The INSANE cover art was done by the incredible artist Eman who you all NEED to follow HERE.

On a personal note:

Earlier this year I joined London hardcore band KING STREET who immediately started taking me out on the road with our first show being in Leicester. Since then we’ve been playing everywhere which has helped me get my head even MORE wrapped around the insanely THRIVING UKHC scene. Not only getting to know other bands, but also getting to know promoters, venues, photographers, and so much more. It’s also been sick to be one of the few hardcore bands out there that features tons of POC’s – I’m Pakistani/Hong Kong, our vocalist is British-Indian, and our other guitarist is British-Filipino. Philippines-heads, let’s go.

Today, we’re finally giving all y’all a chance to check out the title track off our upcoming debut album entitled ‘War Scrolls’.

The full album drops on December 13 and we’re celebrating the record release at this massive show here in London organized by the CUT AND RUN COLLECTIVE on January 10th. If you’re around, grab tickets HERE. Limited tapes will be available released by CUT AND RUN themselves!
