After the recent halt of Manila-based pop-punk group “There’s ERA!” in the local music scene due to personal priorities, the band was able to go back in their home studio to write and record more songs; this time, fueled with a deeper understanding of life through different struggles each member had endured.
With the recent unfortunate events of Covid-19 affecting the world, the band decided to release one of their singles called “Pagkatapos ng Dilim” which is translated to “After the Darkness”. The band thought it would be a great time to spread hope and positivity among the people who are greatly affected by this pandemic. This is also a morale boost to the frontliners; medical professionals, delivery servicemen, security guards, garbage collectors and other service-oriented jobs, sacrificing their time and health to serve the community despite the risk they are to take.
The band states “There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Let us keep our heads up high and hope for the best. Stay safe!”
