JACK OF NONE is an experimental rock / art band from Manila, Philippines — comprised of siblings A.G. Syjuco (principal composer on guitar, bass and synths), Maxine Syjuco (poet-songwriter and vocalist), and Julian Syjuco (guitar). They are the children of renowned Philippine avant-garde artists, Cesare and Jean Marie Syjuco.

The band just released its debut album, Who’s Listening to Van Gogh’s Ear?, wherein it fuses guitar-driven experimental rock with spoken-word poetry. It is being described by listeners as “haunting, thought-provoking and disturbing”, “a brave new day for OPM (Original Pilipino Music)”, as well as “progressive and bold”.

The album can be streamed in its entirety for free on Spotify, or purchased from your favorite digital music distributor (iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, etc.)
