Newly Formed Black Metal Act IMPERATUS Announce Debut Album [Vietnam]

Formed amidst the winter of 2023, Vietnamese black metal band IMPERATUS proudly call themselves the descendant of the late 90s Black Metal movement in the Nordic regions. As the newest representative from the Extreme Metal scene in Vietnam, specifically in the North, they bring a style of Black Metal enriched by a variety of influences from other forms of extreme metal, ranging from the breath of Swedish Death Metal, to Thrash metal, as well as the sense of melody and composition that can be heard from classical music.

The band’s debut album ‘At the Mercy of the Wind’ will be released on 03.15.2024.
