Member of one of Hong Kong’s earliest punk bands resurfaces in US band Racquet Club

Ian Smith (on the very left in the pic above) was a member of one Hong Kong’s earliest punk rock bands called Pregnant Men which was also one of the first punk bands to ever travel into Mainland China to play shows. He has recently joined a band called Racquet Club that features members of Samiam/Knapsack/The Jealous Sound fame. They have a new record coming out on Rise Records and we couldn’t be more stoked for someone from Hong Kong to be killing it out there and making shit happen!
