Kazakhstan Death Metal Band Zarraza Release Slayer Cover With Cool Elements [Kazakhstan]

Zarraza is a thrash/death metal band from Almaty, Kazakhstan who have just released a cover of Slayer’s ‘Raining Blood’ that comes complete with some traditional instruments. Check it out streaming below.

“We didn’t just destroy the song by lowering the tone – we added Kazakh national instruments to the mix (kyl kobyz and shankobyz (vargan), reworked the solo, and tried to add extremeness, preserving the spirit of the unsurpassed original!

The video itself is a tribute to the crazy metalheads of Kazakhstan who are almost ripping their bodies at our gigs. Mosh, slam, stage diving, and other madness – watch the video! Guys and girls, we are proud to be part of such a killer movement!

This song is one of the three covers of the “Kreated In Blood” EP, which will be released on July 8, 2022.
