Former Member of Skapunk Band Stick No Bill Releases Debut 5 Track CD – Weng [Malaysia]

Nervhous Records has just released a 5 track CD by Weng. Weng is a project formed by a former member of Malaysian ska-punk band Stick No Bill.

“His songwriting skill, musical talent, and overall knowledge of punk history and culture are mediocre at best. But his passion for creating art and music is honestly pretty decent. With the assistance of talented multi-instrumentalist, Akmal ‘Tim’, Weng released his first single, ‘shine bright’, in May of 2020, during the COVID-19. From there, he simply decided to come up with four more songs and thus, ‘is this even skapunk?’ is out now.
