CHECK OUT: Dope indie-rock/pop-punk band Raptor from Japan

Raptor

Holy bananas…check out this beautiful indie-rock/pop-punk band called Raptor from Japan! There’s only one track up on their bandcamp page and NO link to a Facebook page so I don’t know how many other songs this band has or anything about this band at all…but this ONE song has totally sold me! What a great song sung with so much heart!

Check it out…

It’s been awhile that a band has made me this excited to want to find their other releases! If someone from Raptor is reading this – hook us up with some more music!!!

Riz – this is Tom, the drummer from Raptor. Our vocalist Yuta found this article a few hours ago and we’re psyched to see someone in another part of the world finding our stuff. We’re currently working on our first full-length but have just released a demo of two new tracks in Japan. If you shoot me an email I’d be happy to send you the tracks. We do have a Facebook page but are most active on Twitter. Again, very humbled by the article. Thanks man!

      What’s up Tom!

Are those two tracks streaming somewhere so I can put it up together with your Facebook page? That way other people who use this site can enjoy those tracks as well.

Keep spreading the word out there about this site in Japan! Let them know how rad this website is – all about promoting Asian punk/hardcore/metal/indie rock to the world out there by collecting news and happenings and putting it all up on one page!

We’ve only gone the route of physical release for now, but the other dudes are down to upload the demo for streaming. I’ll put em up on soundcloud and band camp and get back to you with links soon. We’re happy to rep you back!
