Up The Punks Release Video Interview With Philippines Band Catpuke Regarding Benefit Show

New Zealand community project Up The Punks is currently in the Philippines and recently released this cool video interview with Philippines punk band Catpuke regarding the benefit show the band was involved in.

“UTP asks Quezon city punk band CATPUKE about a benefit show they are playing for residents of Sitio San Roque who are fighting the Philippine’s largest company for the right of urban poor to live within the city.”

Thanks to UTP for documenting what they’re seeing and providing a great platform for more socially conscious bands.
