This is one of the best reads I’ve had the pleasure of going through page by page. It’s a long book entitled Banana Punk Rawk Trails documenting the life and travails of a European as he embeds himself in the Southeast Asian metal scene. I haven’t finished the book yet because it’s a LONG book but one that you’ll not want to put down…

Anyway – to make the book even more exciting, it comes with a Malaysian metal-punk compilation record. Today the author of this book, Marco, has put up a few of those songs on his bandcamp for your to check out.
