Evil Singing Pandas has released a traditional lunar new year song 恭喜恭喜 as a tribute to all Covid-19 Fighters in the world. Amidst the chaotic time in this Covid-19 madness, this song pays tribute to all the fighters in the healthcare industry putting themselves in danger while saving lives. 恭喜恭喜 or Congratulations is a traditional Chinese New Year Song and was written in 1945 right after the Japanese surrender in WW2. A loose translation of the excerpt of the lyrics “Winter is coming to an end, what a wonderful news. The warm winds of Spring will soon awaken the earth.” It can’t rain all the time.
