Screamo Band TINY HOARSE Release New Single ‘mice ilo’ [Singapore]

Singapore-based screamo act TINY HOARSE has released their latest single, “mice ilo”. The track blends bright, progressive guitar lines with frenetic screamo intensity before transitioning into a brooding, meditative second half.

Lyrically, “mice ilo” delves into themes of alienation and existential dissonance. Vocalist Niki Muliade reflects on the feeling of being lost—estranged from oneself and disconnected from reality. “I lost a life by waiting somewhere in between the crowds of this dead-end city and the trails of smoke left by machines,” he laments. The song critiques the relentless rat race, exposing the illusions we sustain—the belief that everything will be okay, that our pursuits will ultimately be worth it.

With “mice ilo,” Tiny Hoarse continues to push the boundaries of screamo, crafting a sonic experience that is both urgent and introspective.
