Hong Kong-based progressive metalcore band PARALLEL HORIZONS‘ opening line to their submission was, “This is our latest single that features the return of our guitarist, Jerome, who is rejoining the band for the SECOND time.” We replied, “So this time hopefully he’ll stay?” To which the band smirked and quickly changed the subject, “The song is about death and grief”.
