Pop Punk Band JIMMY REVOLT Drops New Single [Thailand]

Thai pop punk band JIMMY REVOLT have released a new single. Vocalist of the band, Fern, explains, “I wrote this song when I was 14. I wrote this song about comparing love between people to the love for flowers. I recorded this original demo back in 1997 and I sent it to my friends on mix tapes but eventually, I lost any copy of the song. Finally when I turned 22 a friend hit me up on FB and he sent me a link to the song because he still had it. I asked him to send me the cassette back Bangkok was under an immense flood which flooded his house and he ended up losing everything including the tape.

Fast forward to today. When I was listening back to the demo I was laughing at myself at how horrible my guitar playing skills were. Then suddenly a good friend passed away and when I opened up FB again all these photos and memories popped up on my screen and the song showed up again too. So I decided then and there that I had to do something to commemorate this event and these feelings so I re-recorded a newer version of the song.

So this song is dedicated to my friend.”
