One man Taiwanese American act Ripped To Shreds release scorching debut album

One man Taiwanese American act Ripped To Shreds release scorching debut album. Not only is this a blast of HM-2 to your face, everything on this thing was recorded by one man – Andrew Lee. We quickly asked Andrew to send in a blurb about this project which you can check out in full below:

“RIPPED TO SHREDS began as a collaboration between myself on all instruments and BW of Draghkar on vocals in early 2016 to merge Bolt Thrower and Entombed in a crushing soundtrack to tales of China’s turbulent history. Early sketches of Yellow River were written in this period, but the project was put on hold with the formation of Disincarnation. After recording and releasing a demo on Unspeakable Axe with them, I grew dissatisfied with the direction of the band and decided to fulfill my vision alone.”

He also added:

“Yes, I played and recorded all instruments. However, for drums they were not recorded in one take; multiple takes were stitched together.”

Andrew did an extensive write up about his debut album which is a great read at this link: http://heavymusicartwork.com/ripped-to-shreds.html
