Straight edge hardcore punk done fucking right. Check out Jakarta-based hardcore band No Excuse on the first taste of their upcoming EP to be released in June on Set The Fire Records. Both debut songs from the EP are streaming below.

“The song called “Remain Unchanged” touches on the following themes: a bunch of kids refusing to give in to despair, watching close friends break edge because they think being straight edge was once cool as shit and isn’t popular anymore. We continue to live in a cruel world that continues to grind us down, and the decision on whether to participate in a poison-infested culture as a young adult is still relevant to this day.”
