New Split EP For Y’all To Lose Your Minds To: Thailand’s The Shredder/Singapore’s Angulimala

Yo check it…brand new split EP out now for y’all to lose your minds to. The EP features Thai hardcore band The Shredder and Singapore’s Angulimala. Both bands are hot off of doing some sick stuff recently – The Shredder having just signed to Thai label Holding On Records, and Angulimala just ripping it up in Vietnam.

Jon of Angulimala stated, “It all started when I contacted Tananon (The Shredder) for the opportunity to collaborate on a split EP. I’m quite a big fan of The Shredder’s songs and my initial thought was maybe just having them feature on one of our new songs. But then the idea of doing a full split EP came to mind. So I asked Tananon what he thought and was elated that he agreed to doing this! This split EP consists of 5 songs (1 song that features Tananon, 2 songs from Angulimala, and 2 songs from The Shredder). Most of the songs are about hatred and redemption. I hope with this split we can show the world what Southeast Asia Hardcore can do!”

Tananon for his part added, “From first our SE Asia tour we could see our neighbor’s scene. From that moment I just thought is their a way to make SE Asia’s hardcore scene really united and maybe we can help put the entire scene on the map? And then the next thing I knew Angulimala texted me the moment I got back home in Thailand. So of course I accepted the offer immediately!”
