Featuring musicians from Jazz band Extrapolation, Prog bands Cinderblock and Yomi no Kuni, and members from the University of the Philippines College of Music; all arranged in a nostalgic track that speaks of maintaining your mental health and being alright with taking time processing complex emotions. Also, I grew up hanging out at the Makati Cinema Square which is where the MCS comes from.”
