Nepalese Death Metal Masters – Ugra Karma – Begin 20 Year Anniversary Euro Tour

We have a few Asian bands celebrating 20 years this year, one of them is Nepalese death metal masters Ugra Karma, a band widely known as Nepal’s first death metal band. They head off to Europe this week to start stomping around the continent flying the flag for Nepal (and Asian) metal. Check ’em out in the dates below especially their set at Obscene Extreme Festival!

Vocalist of Ugra Karma, Sunil, was kind enough to send in some thoughts:

“I think the tour is gonna be brutal and dark as hell. We are playing the main festival at Obscene Extreme as well as their after show gig. We are also touring France, where our label is from — Bordeaux, Poitiers, Rennes and Paris. We are gonna lay waste with our barbaric Himalayan metal of death.”
