Monsters of Asian post punk – Thailand’s Degaruda have called it quits with the following announcement made on their facebook page. Degaruda was one of those bands that made doing this website worth it. One of those hidden gems that we accidentally came across and were falling over ourselves trying to make sure the world could hear how amazing we do shit here in Asia. So this piece of news, after the guys released a PHENOMENAL record streaming down below, really hits us hard.
We wish the guys best of luck and hopefully whatever future projects they get into, that they’ll remember us here on the site and so we can premiere the shit out of it.
Good luck fellas!

But life inevitably takes us on new journeys and so we must say goodbye for now. But before we go, here’s one last show to thank and celebrate all of you who have joined us for this incredible ride. So come and join us in one last hurrah! There will be food, beer, and music from some of the most exciting bands in Thailand! We want to see every single one of you! We might even have a surprise for those who show up.”
