Members of Singaporean band Tacit Aria surface in new side project Permanence who have released the single down below. Irfan had the following to say about this new entity:

“I was always intrigued with the idea of space/time and the infinite universe, as well as humanity’s never-ending need to understand ‘everything’. I’ve been educating on myself a lot on the topic and it only made sense that I pour my thoughts in the only thing I know best to do, which is music, although it’s pretty much instrumental the whole way.”

PERMANENCE is a two-piece multi-instrumental post-rock band from Singapore. Driven with an aggressive, experimental yet dynamically melodic elements that explores the sibling’s introspective on humanity and the infinite.

The name was taken off their relation since birth.
