If you know any of us at Unite Asia, you’ll know that one of our favorite hardcore acts from anywhere in the world is a band called 13 Steps from Korea. This band has never released a flawed record…everything has been a classic and if you listen to their releases you can see how the band has always successfully reinvented themselves with each release. You can’t pigeonhole them into “youth crew” or “NYHC” etc…they don’t follow your rules. They do whatever the fuck they want.
