Filipino progressive rock band Choi release new tracks

Filipino progressive-rock band Choi has recently gotten in touch – check ’em out in the song called Repent down below…a perfect blend of some 90’s indie-rock, with a strong vocalist. At first listen I didn’t really hear the influences that they state on their Facebook page: Periphery , Icarus the Owl , Cloudkicker , Toe , Textures , Animal as Leaders, Meshuggah, Tool, Tesseract and more…but then I checked out another track off their soundcloud page which you can also check out below and I was like OH…got it…I think Choi is one of those bands that like to mix things up which is pretty cool because it makes every song stand out. You’re not really sure what to expect. And when the musicians are THIS good at their craft, why shouldn’t they push themselves a little bit with every track they write?
