DEMO ALERT: Newly Formed Powerviolence Act GAPAS Release Raw Demo

Newly-formed hardcore/powerviolence band GAPAS just released a 4-track demo.

They primarily draw inspiration on the ongoing struggle of farmers for genuine land reform and distribution in the Philippines, while taking on other pressing issues through their music such as state-sponsored violence, development aggression, the need for collective action etc.

Their demo album describes: “Four tracks of pure militant rage — an offering to our food producers and land tillers, who feed us and occupy the bottom 70% of our social pyramid. Let these be anthems to warn the ruling class, who are infighting for self-interest, that the toiling masses will march and take everything they plundered, our retribution through revolution.”
