DEMO ALERT: Hardcore Kids Form Dreamgaze Band FERAL [Malaysia]

FERAL is a newly formed 4-piece dreamgaze band from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The band features members from Heavside, Iron Gaze, Kids On The Move and Eat Shit And Die.

“We’ve always been fans of bands like This Will Destroy You, Alvvays, Cocteau Twins etc. “One day, I got together with Azwan (drummer), Azizi (bassist) and Izzul (guitarist), and we started writing these dream pop / shoegaze songs. Izzul had to leave the band for personal reasons but was then replaced by Adrie. That’s how Feral started,” states guitarist/vocalist of the band Hafiz Razman. Drummer Azwan adds, “Coming from the hardcore scene, it feels good to explore something different musically, something more ‘chilled’ out. It’s also a great way to connect with people from different backgrounds and scenes.”
