We’re All About Celebrating Asian Talent – Check Out Trailer for New Riz Ahmed Movie ‘Sound of Metal’

Hell yeah…when anything Riz Ahmed related shows up on our radar…we’re on it.

This trailer for a new movie called Sound of Metal about a drummer losing his hearing is very moving…to see the mental health of a musician coming to terms that he will no longer be able to hear anymore…we can all relate.

Here’s the main synopsis:

“Ruben is a drummer and one half of the duo Blackgammon along with his singer girlfriend Lou (Olivia Cooke). A former drug addict, he is sober for four years. Suddenly, he begins to lose his hearing. His sponsor makes him go meet Joe (Paul Raci), who leads a deaf community. With the help from them, Ruben struggles to accept his situation.”
