This is a rad song and video to wake up to today. The Kominas are certainly not an unfamiliar band to people who have connections to the sub-continent…they’re a band made of Indians and Pakistanis who call USA home. They are certainly a “punk” band in all essence of what that label represents – people who stir up controversy, who go against the grain…musically on this song they’re more of a lounge-ish kinda number hahahaha…but if you’re waking up kinda groggy today – perfect jam.

Best part is definitely the video concept itself – a reflection of caucasian American paranoia when they see anyone brown carrying something that they’re unfamiliar with – and for which, of course, they think it may be a bomb.
