Alt Rock Din’s List Release New Single ‘Awakening’ [Singapore]

Singapore Alternative Rock band DIN’S LIST has released their second single titled ‘Awakening’.

‘Awakening’ is the band’s follow-up release after ‘To The Light’ in 2019, which won the ‘Best Song To Rock Out To’ Award at Singapore’s 2020 Youth Music Awards. The track speaks about the fears of living a life drifting through the milestones that society has determined for us, and is a rallying call to stay true to one’s dreams, and not to be defined our 9 to 5s.

With Awakening, the Singaporean outfit exhibits greater complexity in their instrumentation, all while remaining musically and lyrically accessible to the average listener. In this track, the band introduces elements of modern metal while retaining their signature soaring vocals and intricate guitar melodies.

The band remains in the midst of writing, with an EP release on the cards in the near future.
