Screamo Band KIAS Return With New Single ‘Relung’ [Malaysia]

Malaysian screamo band KIAS have returned with a new single entitled ‘Relung’. The band have even stated that the track will be off their upcoming full length ‘Swatantra’ to be released later this year on DOG KNIGHTS PRODUCTIONS.

“We had taken a bold turn with this latest track, diving deeper into wider tones and introspective lyrics coinciding with the bands latest line up change, delving into unfamiliar territories, pulling us out of our comfort zones. The track explores moments when you realize something you thought would last is fading, and there’s nothing you can do to stop it,” state the band.

The band also announced that they’re collaborating with TANGSIRAMA RECORDS. “Tangsirama is an independent collective community focusing on the development of Malaysian arts community. They are good friends of ours. They are helping us on photography and video stuff for the band’s promotion campaign . In return, we would reside under the label/collective collaborating for future shows, merch etc. It’s not really a traditional artist – label type of relationship, its more on collaboration between two parties.”
