Chongqing just held their 9th annual punk festival Chongqing Punk Fest and clearly, the insane amount of people who showed up is evidence that shit in China is back to normal. The video includes tons of quotes of people who attended the fest as they talk about what punk rock means to them…super rad especially with the near 30 years of punk rock history in the country.
